    Rich DiIorio assumed the role of chief executive officer of InfuSystem in November 2017 and serves as a member of the Company’s board of directors.

    Rich joined InfuSystem in January 2004 starting out as a territory manager before his promotion to Vice President of Oncology Sales. Prior to his appointment to CEO, Rich most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oncology. During his tenure with the Company, Rich has received numerous awards and honors, and has recorded several podcasts for aspiring leaders sharing his journey to CEO. He is a fierce champion of people, bringing out the best in teams through empowerment and recognition.

    Prior to joining the Company, Rich held various sales and leadership roles at Stryker Medical, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Thermo Scientific. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Boston College and lives in southern Massachusetts with his wife, Sue, and their two sons. Rich shares his love of baseball with his sons, both as a coach and a spectator.

  • Carrie Lachance, MBA, BSN, RN, CRNI || President & Chief Operating Officer

    Carrie Lachance joined InfuSystem in 2010 and currently serves as the Company’s president and chief operating officer (COO). Prior to her appointment as COO, Carrie held numerous positions with the Company, including management roles in Clinical Resources and Clinical Sales. She brings extensive clinical knowledge from more than 20 years in the medical field. Her medical career began in 1996 as a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves. Carrie’s nursing knowledge and experience in both the hospital and clinic settings, as well as oncology medical sales and product development, have been instrumental in promoting positive relationships with partners, vendors and distributors.

    Carrie is a Certified Infusion Nurse and a member of the Infusion Nurses Society. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master of Business Administration, both from Rivier University. She resides in New Hampshire with her husband and their two children.

  • Barry Steele || Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

    Barry Steele joined the Company in March 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Barry brings a wealth of experience and strong record of accomplishments with over 22 years of senior-level financial experience including prior CFO positions at Gentherm, a global developer and marketer of innovative thermal management technologies and most recently at Horizon Global, a leading manufacturer of branded towing and trailering equipment.

    Barry received a Bachelor of Science degree from Hillsdale College. He lives in the metropolitan Detroit area with his wife and their three sons. He is an avid runner.

  • Addam Chupa || Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer

    Addam Chupa is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at InfuSystem, providing leadership for the Company’s IT infrastructure, security and technology pipeline and development of innovative solutions and technology transformation. He is responsible for managing and implementing computer and information technology systems to promote and propel the Company, focusing on data and processes to meet strategic business goals.

    He joined InfuSystem in January 2020 as Senior Vice President of Information Technology, bringing a proven track record in health care, financial services and manufacturing spanning more than 20 years. 

    Addam received a Bachelor of Business Administration in information technology from Walsh College, Troy, Mich. He lives in the metropolitan Detroit region with his wife and their four children. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves to golf.

    Scott Shuda has been a member of InfuSystem’s board of directors since September 2016 and currently serves as the chair of the board as well as chair of the Compensation Committee. Shuda also serves on the Corporate Nominating Governance Committee.

    Shuda has extensive experience working with small companies, particularly public microcaps, helping them unlock value and achieve their full potential. His background as a corporate finance attorney, general counsel of a public company and managing director of private investment funds focusing on healthcare and technology companies provides InfuSystem with a deep understanding of the challenges facing small public companies, including the perspective of shareholders.

    Shuda is a managing director and co-founder of Meridian OHC Partners, LP, and BlueLine Partners, LLC, investment firms that focus on publicly listed technology and healthcare companies. He served as a director of Iridex Corporation (NASDAQ: IRIX), a global leader in ophthalmic laser systems, from 2012 to 2017, where he chaired Iridex’s Compensation Committee and served as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Shuda rejoined the Iridex board in April 2019 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He also served as a director and Audit Committee member of MGC Diagnostics Corporation (formerly Angeion Corporation), a global respiratory diagnostics company, from 2010 to 2011. Prior to co-founding BlueLine Partners in April 2004, Shuda was general counsel to Vicinity Corporation, an internet search company that went public in 2000 and was acquired by Microsoft in 2002. Prior to his employment with Vicinity, Shuda practiced law in California and New York, most recently in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins LLP.

    Shuda holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.

  • Ralph Boyd || Director

    Ralph Boyd joined InfuSystem’s board of directors in May 2022 and currently serves as chair of the Compensation Committee. He also serves as a member of the Corporate Nominating and Governance Committee.

    Boyd has extensive experience as a senior executive and board leader in both the public company and nonprofit sectors and served as a federal prosecutor and assistant attorney general in the U.S. Department of Justice. Boyd currently serves as president and CEO of SOME, Inc., a large Washington, D.C.-based housing development, health care, and human services organization. His executive experience also includes serving as EVP and general counsel of a Fortune 50 financial services company, CEO of a major corporate foundation, CEO of the Americas region of an international real estate development organization, and a regional CEO of The American Red Cross. Boyd also previously practiced law as a partner in the Boston office of Goodwin Procter LLP and the Washington, D.C., office of Alston & Bird.

    Boyd previously served as a board member and Audit Committee chair of the DirecTV Group, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: DTV) and as a member of the company’s Nominating and Governance Committee.

    He currently serves as chair of Sandy Spring Bancorp’s (NASDAQ: SASR) Compensation Committee and as a member of the Executive and Nominating and Governance Committees. Boyd also is the non-executive chairman of the NHP Foundation, a nonprofit developer, owner, and operator of multi-family affordable housing properties nationwide.

    Boyd is a graduate of Haverford College and Harvard Law School.

  • Paul A. Gendron || Director

    Paul A. Gendron joined InfuSystem’s Board of Directors in May 2019 after serving as a financial consultant to the Company, assisting with accounting, internal control and financial reporting matters. Upon joining the board, Gendron was appointed chairman of the Audit Committee and serves on the Compensation Committee.

    With more than 30 years of experience, Gendron previously was a client service partner with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where he held various leadership roles serving global public and private multibillion-dollar corporations. Leadership assignments included North Texas market assurance leader from 2009 until 2014, U.S. assurance talent transformation leader from 2014 until 2016, and Southwest Region technology practice risk management leader. In his market assurance leadership role, Gendron led the assurance practice in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Little Rock offices, providing services in internal and external audit, risk and information technology assurance and accounting and capital markets advisory. His areas of strength include board governance, project management, risk management, executive management, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

    Gendron is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served on nonprofit boards during his career, as well as the Accounting Advisory Council at the University of Texas at Austin.

  • Gregg O. Lehman, Ph.D. || Director

    Gregg O. Lehman has been a member of InfuSystem’s Board of Directors since May 2014 and has served as executive chairman and head of the Office of the President since May 2017. Lehman is a nationally recognized leader in population health management and has more than 28 years of experience in the health care industry. He brings almost 40 years of leadership experience in senior management positions with healthcare corporations.

    Lehman has served as CEO of EB Employee Solutions, LLC, a company that provides a fully integrated employer portal that includes health benefit cost reduction strategies and a “high-tech, smart touch” wellness program. Additionally, he was previously president and CEO of MGC Diagnostics Corporation, a leader in cardio-respiratory diagnostics, from July 2011 until May 2014, and served as president and CEO of Health Fitness Corporation, a population health management company, from 2007 through 2010.

    Prior to that, Lehman held numerous senior-level executive and governance positions in the medical and education industries, including president and CEO of INSPIRIS, Inc., a Nashville-based specialty care medical management company; of Gordian Health Solutions, Inc., a health management company; and of the National Business Coalition on Health in Washington, D.C. He also served as president of Taylor University in Indiana.

    Lehman has also worked with the Health Care Purchasing Institute through Academy Health, the eHealth Initiative, the National Quality Forum, the National Patient Safety Foundation and other purchasing/quality organizations that promote value-based purchasing and market-based reform.

    Lehman earned a Doctorate and a Master of Science in higher education administration, with a minor in finance and economics from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in business management and marketing from Indiana University.

  • Christopher R. Sansone || Director

    Christopher R. Sansone has been a member of InfuSystem’s board of directors since June 2017, serving on the Company’s Compensation, Nominating Governance and Audit Committees.

    With nearly 20 years of investment experience, Sansone’s insights into small cap markets combined with his long-standing investment as one of the Company’s largest shareholders have helped improve market awareness of the Company with new and existing investors. Sansone’s various executive leadership roles combined with his experience and perspective as an analyst have proven to be invaluable to InfuSystem.

    Sansone serves as a managing partner of Sansone Capital Management, LLC (together with its affiliate, Sansone), providers of investment management services. Prior to founding Sansone Capital Management, LLC, Sansone held various roles involving small capitalization companies, including his position as an analyst and proprietary trader for Robotti & Company, LLC, a broker-dealer specializing in small-and micro-capitalization equities.

    Previously, Sansone served as a director on the board of EDAC Technologies from 2011 to 2013 and as a director on the board of Decorator Industries from 2011 to 2012. He was also a member of the committee of unsecured creditors in Palm Harbor Homes from 2010 to 2011 and served as a member on the OCA Incorporated Equity Committee from 2006 to 2007.

    Sansone holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Pace University.
