Authentication.
InfuSystem is adding Multi-Factor Authentication
(MFA) to our EXPRESS integration system. This
enhancement provides an added layer of security
to protect you and your patients’ data.
What is MFA?
MFA is an effective cybersecurity solution and authentication method that requires users to authenticate with at least two factors to reduce the risk of identity compromise compared to password-only systems.
With the new MFA sign-on, EXPRESS users will enable additional authentication factors, either one-time passcodes or security questions.
OneLogin SMS OneLogin Security Questions
You can change your authentication method at any time.
Once you have authenticated with MFA on your device, you will not be required to reauthenticate for 60 days. However, if you log in to your account on a new device, you will be required to authenticate with MFA.
Let’s Get Started
Log in to your OneLogin EXPRESS account on your smartphone, iPad or other device by navigating to infusystem.onelogin.com or express.infusystem.com.
Enter your Username and Password.
You will be prompted to add two-factor authentication.
Begin Setup
To set up MFA, select “Begin Setup.”
Effective August 15, 2023, MFA will be required for all EXPRESS users.
Choose an MFA Method That Works for You
Select Your Authentication Factor
Select the authentication method you prefer to use and set up.
Follow the Detailed Instructions Below to Configure Your Preferred Authentication
With this method, a push-based mobile one-time passcode will be sent as an SMS text message. You must enter this passcode to finish signing in. Standard messaging rates may apply.
Enter your phone number for SMS MFA when prompted and click "Continue."
A code to authenticate will be texted to the phone number you provided. Enter the confirmation code you received from OneLogin and click "Continue" to navigate to the EXPRESS Dashboard.
OPTION 2: OneLogin Security Questions
With this method, you must answer security questions to finish signing in.
Select four (4) Security Questions from the list provided.
You will need to provide answers to the questions you selected. You will then navigate to the EXPRESS Dashboard.
How to Manage and Change Your OneLogin MFA
Log in to OneLogin to access your Profile.
Click on Security Factors.
You Can Add a New Method or Delete an Old One.
Your MFA is complete!
