1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Typically, orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship at the next earliest business day, which is usually the following Monday, except when there is an observed holiday. Orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods depending on the destination, size, and weight of the package.

FedEx Express Shipping: 2 business days for domestic orders – Free

Expedited Shipping: 1 business day for domestic orders – $16.00

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the weight of the package, and the destination. Risk of loss passes on transfer to the carrier.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track the status of your order by using the provided tracking number on the courier's website.

We currently ship to all US states.

We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or order cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any modifications to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All sales are final. We do not provide returns or exchanges.
