InfuSystem Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We understand there is growing concern as the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve. Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our employees, patients, and the communities we serve across North America is always our top priority and especially critical at this time.

We are following the recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as we strive to do our part to minimize the effect of this pandemic balanced with supplying our customers with the necessary tools to care for their patients. To ensure our customers continue to have access to the infusion pumps and supplies your patients need, we are working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to make certain we are well-prepared to address our customers’ evolving needs. We are increasing our inventory of all supplies and devices to mitigate any potential supply chain disruption and to ensure your patients have the pumps and supplies they need for their treatment.

Most importantly, I want you to know, we are taking all the necessary steps to do everything that we can to continue to protect the safety of your patients and minimize treatment disruption.

How Can We Help?

The InfuCare hotline is available to all patients who are using a pump supplied by InfuSystem®. Our staff of registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to answer patients’ pump-related questions.
