InfuSystem works closely with patients, health care providers and insurance companies to streamline the management of outpatient infusion therapy so that care is maximized, and stress is reduced. Our focus is on reducing paperwork and insurance coverage frustration that is often associated with medical treatments. In turn, patients can focus on what’s important: getting well.

While most insurance claims for ambulatory infusion pumps are processed efficiently, InfuSystem provides assistance to answer any medical coverage question you may have. Our team of specialized Patient Services Representatives are knowledgeable and quickly respond to patient insurance coverage issues and queries including explanations of benefits and approved coverage.

For patients requiring long-term therapy, home infusion is a safe alternative to inpatient treatment. In many cases, continuous infusion therapy allows patients to maintain an active and normal lifestyle. It is critical, however, that patients receive the proper support to manage the out-of-pocket costs of care.

InfuSystem's Patient Payment Portal Has Changed to InstaMed® 

The MyPay online portal has been updated to enhance and modernize the patient payment experience. You will now see a refreshed login and an updated, detailed and friendly statement design from our new payment partner, InstaMed®.
